Who we are

A small team that takes other people’s homes seriously.

OASIS is a boutique management company in Medellín. We run furnished homes — long stays, mid-term, the occasional short stay — for owners who’d rather not spend their evenings answering messages about the WiFi password.

Our owners are split between locals with a second place as an investment and expats living abroad with a home in El Poblado, Laureles or Rionegro. We talk to them — and to their guests — in English, Spanish, French and more.

Suren started OASIS after looking for a manager he’d trust with his own places, and not finding one. So we built it: small, hands-on, accountable. You get one team, one inbox, and a clear report every month.

Our approach
  • The flat zone of El Poblado draws Medellín’s steadiest long-stay demand — relocations, executives and families who want space and quiet near the Golden Mile.
  • A three-bedroom with a maid’s room and 4.5 baths is rare here. We’d market it on exactly that, to vetted long-term tenants who pay for the calibre and stay.
  • Heated pool, squash court, gym and a 24/7 doorman do a lot of the selling — we make sure the listing leads with them, shot properly.
  • Pricing reviewed against live Poblado data, so it’s right from day one, not guessed.

  • You lean long-term, and we agree: a quality long-stay tenant here means stable, hands-off income with almost no turnover.
  • The flexibility stays in your pocket — if you ever want to chase short-term peaks, we can switch it over without changing how it’s run.
  • It’s already all-inclusive and move-in ready. We’d keep it that way and handle the rest.

We arrange professional photography, then build and run your listings on Airbnb, Booking and direct — with pricing reviewed against live market data, not set once and forgotten.

Guests, end to end

Vetting, 24/7 multilingual messages, and check-in and check-out handled in person. Your guests always reach a real one of us.

Bookings & payments

Reservations, payments and reviews managed for you — nothing to chase, nothing to reconcile at month-end.

Cleaning & upkeep

Cleaning to a set standard, restocking, linens, inventory and regular quality checks — with before-and-after photos on every turnover.

Maintenance & security

Preventive maintenance with trusted vendors, smart locks, and a trusted contact for security or legal questions when you need one.

Owner reporting & relations

Building (HOA) relations, a hand coordinating utilities and bills, and a clear owner report in your inbox every month. For tax or legal set-up, we’ll point you to people we trust.

Interior design, renovation and furnishing are there if you want them — quoted separately, never bundled in.

We only earn when your homes do. No fixed fees, no setup cost, and no markup on cleaning or maintenance — those are billed at cost.

The number that actually matters

It’s easy to compare percentages. The figure that reaches your account is the one that counts. A home booked around 88% of the year will usually out-earn the same home sitting half-full at a lower rate — every month. Before you decide, we’ll model the net on both homes, side by side.
